(Poking my nose in here) You could maybe use a feed creator like fetchrss.com to build a feed out of the page and then subscribe to that. However, entries wouldn’t show up in the same way on your reading page (since it would be whatever fields fetchrss pulled), so I’m not sure if that would be an acceptable solution.
