What are your hobbies? When I have time for hobbies (which is not often lately), I like writing (picture books, poetry, queer romance, fanfiction), doll collecting, crochet, indie web, cross stitch, etc.
Are you involved in fandom? If so, what fandom(s)? How do you participate in fandom? I'm not very active in fandom but I write OC fanfic, mostly for The Hunger Games, The Lord of the Rings/The Silmarillion, and His Dark Materials. I'm always excited to talk about TSUBASA: RESERvoir CHRoNiCLE and Saiyuki, too.
Tell us about your pets: I have a black cat named Tiamat
How do you spend your days? I'm employed full time as a school librarian (currently job hunting) and I'm a part time grad student.

What is the story behind your username? I started sharing my poetry and I needed a surname, so I picked "Matsushima," the neighborhood where I was living at the time. That apartment is where I've lived the longest, other than my childhood home.
How long have you been on Dreamwidth? I signed up for my first Dreamwidth account in 2009 but it was mostly a back-up for my LiveJournal (created in 2003). I've been using Dw as my main social media since c. 2021 or so.

What do you post about? I write about my daily life - work, hobby projects, grad school assginments, cat photos…
How frequently do you post? Anywhere from 3-4 times per week to 3-4 times per day. (I use the backdate/"Do not show on reading pages" button when it gets excessive.)

What do you like to read about on your friends page? I like to read about whatever is going on in your life. I'm not the best fit for fic journals.

What are you looking for in a Dreamwidth friend? It's nice to comment back and forth a bit but I don't expect a comment on every post or anything like that.
Do you have any Dreamwidth friend dealbreakers? Don't be an asshole. I'm a disabled neurodivergent genderqueer lesbian pro-Palestine Jew-in-progress so I'll let you make your own assumptions.
