What are your hobbies? reading, writing, crafting (making jewelry and sewing primarily), painting, making icons, learning Thai
Are you involved in fandom? If so, what fandom(s)? How do you participate in fandom? Yes! Mostly I read and write fic and make icons, and I also co-mod a couple of comms. I am very multifandom and jump around quite frequently, rarely leaving a fandom for good. Currently I'm into Thai BL dramas and Thai actor RPF, particularly KinnPorsche, ThamePo, NutHong, and PondPhuwin.
Tell us about your pets: I have a dog named Hagrid who lives with my parents in Texas! He's a black lab/pit mix and super sweet <3
How do you spend your days? Working an incredibly monotonous job in a field I'm not interested in, reading fic while commuting for hours on the bus, and watching Thai BL dramas.

What is the story behind your username? It's one I've had since like middle school, using a nickname based on my irl name and the year I graduated high school.
How long have you been on Dreamwidth? Since 2010! Though it took a few years before I was using it regularly.

What do you post about? I post every Wednesday with what I read/watched/listened to/wrote/studied that week. I post icons I make once a month ish. Otherwise, there's sometimes fic exchange letters, memes, and personal posts (friend locked) about work and travel.
How frequently do you post? At least once a week, sometimes twice, rarely more than that unless for this or Snowflake.

What do you like to read about on your friends page? I like seeing what people are up to day to day, what they're reading and watching, where they're traveling, just anything they're really excited about or into.

What are you looking for in a Dreamwidth friend? People who interact! Doesn't have to be comments/replies on every post, but I'd like to talk to people more. People with similar interests and/or fandoms are of course a plus.
Do you have any Dreamwidth friend dealbreakers? Constant negativity and doom posting. Right wing politics.

Playing: I'm not much of a gamer tbh.
Looking forward to: Seeing LYKN in concert in August! Which includes a trip to NYC and meeting up with the best friend, so extra fun.

Hi! I love reading about what people are reading/watching/learning/etc., and I also try to do weekly posts sharing the same sort of thing. I don't really know anything about Thai BL drama, but I like feeling the secondhand excitement that comes from reading other people's thoughts about stuff they're into...and sometimes that gets me into new stuff too. I have been loving Thai dramas lately (Thai BL/GL) and just Asian dramas in general, it's been kind of what I watch mostly these days. There's so much out there and once I got introduced to Thai BL through KinnPorsche, I went down that rabbit hole. I'm currently really into Girl From Nowhere, not a BL/GL but still fascinating all the same.

There really are so many! Good thing, since Thai BL is basically all I watch now... KinnPorsche is excellent, and I think a very popular introduction to Thai BL lol I've not heard of Girl From Nowhere, but it does have several actors I like a lot (Becky! Offroad!! Tee! Ken!), so I may have to check it out.
